Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
That’s why we are here to support you if you wish to return a product or submit a complaint.
RETURNS
It’s okay to change your mind.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return a product purchased from Didier Lab, provided it is new, unused and unopened. Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will refund the full purchase price.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened after delivery, especially if they are goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened.
Return Conditions
- All returns are made at the customer’s own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your return will be processed as soon as we receive the returned items.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@didier-lab.ie
