Professional use: Fill the bowl with warm water (approximately 37-40°C). Add 2-3 tablespoons of salt to the water. Let the client soak the feet for 10-15 minutes, making sure the water covers the feet completely. After soaking, follow up with a professional foot care treatment such as callus removal, exfoliation or massage. Wash your feet with clean, warm water and gently pat dry. Continue the procedure with your chosen foot moisturizer or cream.

Use at home: Fill a bowl with warm water (approximately 37-40°C). Into the wateradd 1-2 tablespoons of salt. Immerse your feet in the bowl for 15-20 minutes, making sure the water completely covers your feet. Gently scrub your feet with a pumice stone or foot file to remove the softened dead skin. Wash your feet with clean, warm water and gently pat dry. For best results, finish with a moisturizing foot cream.
